What are the Zoom Ride vehicle tiers?

Zoom Ride Economy - Capacity of 3 riders. This is the most popular choice for riders. Most approved vehicles will qualify for this ride type.

Zoom Ride Plus - Capacity of 5 riders. The ability to hold extra riders and cargo earns you higher fares.

Zoom Ride Premium - Capacity of 3 riders. For mid-high level comfortable luxury rides.

Zoom Ride Black - Capacity of 3 riders. For luxury rides in a newer, black on black vehicle.

Zoom Ride Black SUV - Capacity of 5 riders. These are high-end, large capacity, and newer black on black SUV's.

NOTE: In response to Covid19, and in order to create a safer environment for riders and drivers during their rides, Zoom Ride has changed the ride capacity limits. The capacity numbers given for each of the ride tiers above reflect these changes. Front seat riders are not allowed on any Zoom Ride, on any of our ride tiers until further notice.
