• What if I do not see a fare or fee I should be getting?

  Your pay is updated as transactions occur. If you feel that your Earning Details are incorrect please contact our Driver Support Team and we will gladly research the issue for you.

• The rider didn't show up and I cancelled. Can they still give me a bad rating?

  No. Riders and drivers cannot rate each other for rides that have been cancelled for any reason.

• The ride is over, do I have to do anything else?

  Once the driver arrives at your destination and ends the ride you will see the End Ride screen. You will see your ride total fare, along with the distance and duration of the ride, and the pickup and dropoff locations. Here you will finalize details ...

• What is the fire symbol?

  This is the heat map toggle. When it is activated the map will zoom out and show you all of the available surges in the area.

• How do I view my past and current trip earnings?

  1) On the main screen in the driver app, click the 3 lines in the upper left corner. 2) Click on Earnings Summary 3) Click on Earning Details 4) Click 'See Trips to see your specific trip information.
