How long do I have to wait for the rider to arrive at the pick-up location?

You are compensated after the first 2 minutes of wait time. Once the 4 minute mark has been reached the app will prompt you to decide if you will continue to wait, or cancel so that you can accept other rides. It doesn't hurt to reach out to the rider via the chat or call options to see if they are on the way or having trouble finding you. Once the app prompts you that the 4 minute wait time has been reached you may cancel or choose to continue to wait for the rider.
