How do I bring up the map and navigate to the ride pick-up?
Once you have accepted a ride you will click the arrow located on the lower right corner of the driver main screen. This will automatically pull up the map application you have chosen to use and start directing you to the pickup location. Approximately 1 minute before you arrive at the pick-up the rider will be notified, once you have arrived at the ride pickup you will click the arrive button on the main screen. This will start the wait time counter and alert the rider that you have arrived.

You can use the in-app call and chat features to talk with your driver. Just press on the chat or call icons in the bottom of the screen. Chat is preferred so that they can still continue to view the map as they drive towards your pick up location.
